GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

With the purchase of a ticket, the ticket holder accepts the following contractual conditions:

  1. Youths between 0 and 6 years of age have no access to the concert area. Youths between 7 and 16 years of age will only be admitted in the company of a parent or legal guardian. Youths from 16 years of age not carrying a written declaration of consent signed by their parents or legal guardians will be admitted until 12:00am (midnight). The Law for the Protection of the Youth in Public applies!
  2. The promoters are not responsible for the form, length and content of each performance.
  3. Due to the high sound levels at concerts there might be risk of damage to hearing and health. To prevent this, each attendee will receive a pair of protective earplugs when accessing the festival site.
  4. It is generally prohibited to carry glass containers and bottles, pyrotechnic materials, torches and weapons (including but not limited to axes, baseball bats, chain saws, etc.). Failure to comply with this rule will result in expulsion from the festival site. Furthermore, it is prohibited to carry and use sound equipment exceeding a regular car stereo. The security staff has the right to confiscate any such equipment and keep it for the duration of the entire festival. There will be an additional security check at the entrance of the concert area. The security personnel is instructed to carry out a personal search. On the concert area, one 0.5 liter plastic bottle or tetra pack is allowed per person.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission for relevant reasons (against refund of the ticket's face value).
  6. It is generally prohibited to carry any recording equipment, as well as professional photo, film, video and digital cameras. Audio, film, video and digital recordings are strictly prohibited, including those for private use. Infringement of this rule will lead to criminal prosecution. Regular photo cameras without interchangable lenses (no professional cameras, no film cameras) are allowed on site.
  7. The organization reserves the right to expel from the entire festival, without the right to a refund, any person found in restricted areas without a valid pass.
  8. The admission ticket becomes invalid when leaving the festival site. Readmission is only granted with a valid admission bracelet.
  9. The purchase of a ticket will result in contractual obligations between the purchaser and the organizer exclusively.
  10. Tickets may only be returned for refund if the event is cancelled. Refunds will be limited to the face value of each ticket.
  11. The organizer reserves the right to change the location and/or date of the event.
  12. The organizer reserves the right to change the program without notice.
  13. While parking a motor vehicle, the security personnel's instructions must be observed and followed at all time.
  14. Parking of a motor vehicle is at driver's risk. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by other vehicles, other attendees or any other third persons.
  15. The use of the campsite is at own risk. The organizer is not liable for damage caused by other vehicles, other attendees or any other third persons.
  16. Camping is only permitted on the designated areas. Security personnel's instructions must be observed and followed at all time. It is strictly prohibited to camp on surrounding fields and private property. Infringement of this rule may result in prosecution.
  17. Camping grounds are only intended for ticket holders. Camping without a valid admission ticket is not permitted!
  18. The camp site will be open from Wednesday, August 13th, 2014 at 10:00am. The organizer urges attendees to refrain from arriving at the site earlier. The camp site must be cleared by Sunday, August 17th, 2014 at 02:00pm.
  19. The use of music reproduction equipment is strictly prohibited between 01:00am and 07:00am, except for its use exclusively with headphones. Failure to comply will result in expulsion.
  20. The organizer is not liable for objects lost or stolen on the concert area and the campsite.
  21. Attendees must park their vehicles and, if applicable, build their tents without obstructing access for emergency vehicles and allowing unlimited access to sanitary facilities. Failure to do so gives the organizer the right to move incorrectly parked vehicles at driver's cost and risk, using appropriate and reasonable means.
  22. Waste disposal (especially bulky refuse and furniture) of any kind will be prosecuted. Refuse bags are available free of charge at the site entrance. Full refuse bags must be handed in at the designated refuse collection stations marked on the site plan.
  23. The organization reserves the right to expel from the entire festival, without the right to a refund, any person caught damaging or stealing organizer's property. The organization reserves the right to prosecute.
  24. Handing out flyers, promo CDs, merchandise samples, etc. without written consent of the organizer is not allowed on the entire festival site.
  25. Selling or trading items of any kind (including but not limited to foodstuffs, drinks and tobacco) is strictly prohibited on the whole site.
  26. A commercial re-sale of tickets is not allowed. Tickets may not be offered for private re-sale at a higher price than their face value plus actual pre-sale fees paid when purchasing them. Non-observance of this rule will result in the loss of the right of entry to the event, without a right to a refund. The ticket will lose its validity.
  27. By entering the festival site, attendees agree to be filmed or recorded and that this material may be published at a later time.
  28. An Infopoint (see site plan) exists on the festival site to be used as source of information, lost-and-found office and reception center for complaints.

  30. The festival and security personnel's instructions must be observed and followed at all time.
  31. Tickets are embossed and therefore only valid with embossment!
  32. Glass is strictly forbidden on the entire site, including concert area and campsite!
