 HAIL OF BULLETS haben seit ihrer Bandgründung im Jahre 2006 einen kometenhaften Aufstieg innerhalb der Death Metal-Szene hingelegt. Selten wurde ein Demo so sehr mit Vorschußlorbeeren überschüttet wie der selbstbetitelte 4-Tracker der Holländer aus dem Jahre 2007. Als logische Folge davon schlug ihr Debüt ‚…Of Frost And War‘ 2008 ein wie eine Bombe, was u.a. dazu führte, dass die Holländer um Frontgrunzer Martin van Drunen im gleichen Jahr auf dem SUMMER BREEZE die Tent Stage einem rollenden Panzer gleich komplett verwüsteten. 2010 kehren sie – voraussichtlich sogar mit neuem Album im Gepäck - wieder nach Dinkelsbühl zurück, um zu zeigen, dass sie in der Zwischenzeit nichts verlernt haben. Ganz im Gegenteil: Macht Euch schon mal einen Termin bei Eurem Orthopäden und beantragt eine Halskrause!
 Since their formation in 2006, HAIL OF BULLETS have enjoyed a meteoric rise to the top of the death metal scene. Seldom has a demo received such praise as the Dutchmen's 2007 4-tracker. As a logical consequence, their 2008 debut album '...Of Frost And War' made a huge impact, which led to the band fronted by Martin van Drunen levelling the tent stage like a rolling tank at SUMMER BREEZE the same year. In 2010 they will return – probably even with a new album under their belt – to Dinkelsbühl, to show everyone they've still “got it”. In the meantime, make sure you get an appointment with your orthopaedist and reserve a cervical collar!

Rarement une démo, sortie en 2007, telle que le 4 titres des Hollandais a reçu autant de louanges, Comme une conséquence logique, leur premier album en 2008, intitulé '...Of Frost And War' a bénéficié d’un énorme impact, qui a fait du groupe mené par Martin van Drunen, retourner littéralement la scène du SUMMER BREEZE la même année, tel un tank. En 2010, ils seront de retour – probablement avec un nouvel album sous leur ceinture – à Dinkelsbühl, pour montrer à tout le monde qu’ils ‘’l’ont toujours’’. Raramente un demo ha ricevuto un tale consenso come il 4 tracce del 2007 di questi olandesi. Come logica conseguenza, il loro album di debutto del 2008 ‘…Of Frost And War’ ha avuto un grande impatto, che ha portato la band di Martin van Drunen a radere al suolo come un carro armato il palco tenda del SUMMER BREEZE nello stesso anno. Nel 2010 torneranno – probabilmente con un nuovo album a disposizione – a Dinkelsbuhel, per mostrare a tutti che sono ancora carichi.
