 ORPHANED LAND gehören zu den Exoten im Billing des SUMMER BREEZE 2010! Sie stammen aus Israel und haben es trotz der widrigen Umstände, die ihn ihrem Heimatland herrschen, geschafft, die internationale Metalszene auf sich aufmerksam zu machen. Dabei kam ihnen ihr sehr eigenständiger Stil zwischen Death Metal, Doom und orientalischen Folk-Einflüssen zugute. 2008 waren sie schon bestätigt. Leider hat es nicht geklappt mit einem Auftritt in Dinkelsbühl. Deswegen freuen wir uns nun umso mehr, ORPHANED LAND für das Summer Breeze 2010 ankündigen zu dürfen.  ORPHANED LAND are one of the most exotic bands on the bill for SUMMER BREEZE 2010! Despite a less than favorable environment in their native Israel, the band has managed to draw the attention of the international metal scene with their original mix of death metal, doom and oriental folk influences. Although being confirmed for 2008, their appearance unfortunately had to be cancelled. Therefore it it fills us with satisfaction to announce ORPHANED LAND for SUMMER BREEZE 2010. Occasions to witness this outstanding band are few and far between, so better make a big fat mark on your festival running order next to the name ORPHANED LAND, who will finally release their long awaited new album 'The Never Ending Way Of ORwarriOR' in early 2010.  ORPHANED LAND est l’un des groupes les plus exotiques dans la programmation du SUMMER BREEZE 2010! Malgré un environnement moins que favorable dans leur pays d’origine, Israël, le groupe a réussi à attirer l’attention de la scène métal internationale avec leur mélange original de death métal, doom avec des influences folk orientales. A dispetto di un ambiente tutt’altro che favorevole nella loro natia Israele, la band è riuscita ad attirare l’attenzione della scena metal internazionale con il proprio originale mix di death metal, doom e influenze di folk orientale. Pur essendo stati confermati per il 2008, la loro apparizione purtroppo era stata cancellata. Quindi ci riempie di soddisfazione annunciare gli ORPHANED LAND per il SUMMER BREEZE 2010. Le occasioni di vedere all’opera questa incredibile band sono poche e distanti tra loro, quindi vi conviene segnarvi in grande sulla vostra scaletta del festival il nome ORPHANED LAND, che pubblicheranno finalmente il loro tanto atteso nuovo album 'The Never Ending Way Of ORwarriOR' a inizio 2010.
