POISONBLACK aus Finnland markieren ein weiteres Highlight für die Dark/Gothic Metal-Fraktion unter den SUMMER BREEZE-Gängern. Die Band um ex-Sentenced-Frontmann Ville Laihiala begeisterte in Dinkelsbühl schon im Jahre 2007 die dunklen Horden und dabei vor allem deren weiblichen Anteil. Durch Touren mit Bands wie Lacuna Coil oder Dark Tranquillity haben sich die Finnen vom übermächtigen Schatten der Vorgängerband ihres Sängers befreit und (be)stehen auf eigenen Füßen, was u.a. zwei Top 10-Platzierungen in den Albumcharts ihres Heimatlandes eindrucksvoll untermauern. Düsternis, Härte, Eingängigkeit und Hitpotenzial auf höchstem Niveau – dafür stehen POSIONBLACK!

In 2007 the band fronted by ex-Sentenced singer Ville Laihiala already won over the dark hordes of Dinkelsbühl – especially the female fraction. Through tours with bands such as Lacuna Coil and Dark Tranquillity the band has managed to escape the overwhelming shadow of Laihiala's former band and stand on their own feet, as evidenced by two impressive Top 10 chart entries in their home country. Dark, heavy, straight-forward and catchy – this is POISONBLACK!


 Les finlandais de POISONBLACK sont un point fort de plus pour tous les fans de dark/gothic metal qui sont attendus au SUMMER BREEZE. En 2007, le groupe mené par l’ex-chanteur Ville Laihiala avait déjà conquis les hordes sombres de Dinkelsbühl – tout particulièrement la partie féminine. En tournant avec des groupes tels que Lacuna Coil et Dark Tranquillity, le groupe s’est arrangé pour échapper à l’ombre écrasante du groupe originel de Laihiala, mis en évidence par les deux impressionnantes entrées dans le Top 10 des charts de leur pays d’origine. Sombre, lourd, droit au but et entraînant – c’est POISONBLACK!

Nel 2007 la band capeggiata dal cantante ex-Sentenced Ville Laihiala aveva già conquistato le orde oscure di Dinkelsbuehl – specialmente il segmento femminile. Grazie a tour con band come Lacuna Coil e Dark Tranquillity, la band è riuscita a liberarsi dalla pesante ombra dell’ex band di Laihiala e a camminare sulle proprie gambe, come evidenziato dai due notevoli ingressi nelle classifiche Top 10 del loro paese natale. Oscuri, pesanti, diretti e orecchiabili – questi sono i POISONBLACK!
