Old School! Death Metal! Yup, that’s the direction of I AM MORBID, our next confirmation.
As you know, this is the band of (former) Morbid Angel musicians David Vincent and Pete Sandoval, as well as Bill Hudson (Doro, Circle II Circle) and Richie Brown (ex-Trivium), who are all dedicated to the musical legacy of Morbid Angel. In 2023, David Vincent & Co. will celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the seminal Morbid Angel album ‘Covenant’ with a special set. Both lyrically and musically, ‘Covenant’ is Morbid Angel at its best. Originally released in 1993, it was the album that helped the bandit rise to fame thanks to a new record deal in the US. The accompanying tour was also a huge success in Germany. All the cooler that Dave, Pete & Co. now give all old fans, and those who couldn’t be part of the party back then, the opportunity to experience the album live in its entirety. Don’t miss it!
