Poland’s DAHACA (named after a demonic dragon from the Persian mythology) have had a triumphant march through the final stages of the New Blood Award 2013. DAHACA create their music from the very need of expressing their positive as well as most dreadful emotions. The lyrics talk about everyday life problems, society, mental states, history, religion etc. Music is the best way to deliver their message. Through the words, images, sounds and the whole surrounding atmosphere, they can spread their often gruesome and multidimensional vision. They take music as an unlimited freedom. Their music is some kind of metal hybrid, made of death/thrash/industrial/black/groove. Above all, it contains extreme, true, raw and undisputed attitude, which the band will also show in Dinkelsbühl.
