A change of singer is always the worst that can happen to a band. A few years ago, no one would have given a dime for Denmark’s HATESPHERE, after their charismatic frontman Jakob Bredahl left the band. But what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. Peter Lyse Hansen, the only remaining original member, put together a new line-up and brought the band back to life with the potent ‘To The Nines’, their first album in the post-Bredahl era. This year ‘The Great Bludgeoning’ followed, confirming the band’s return to the forefront of high energy thrash. Have fun at the band’s second appearance (the first was in 2004) at SUMMER BREEZE.
