The entrance corridors will open on Tuesday at 10:00 and stay open until 22:00 in the evening. In the night from Tuesday to Wednesday it won’t be possible to access the campsite, but on Wednesday we will open at 10:00 again, this time all the way until Sunday. So all those who wish to arrive a day earlier for SUMMER BREEZE may do so during the 12-hour time window on Tuesday.
We have to charge a fee per person for early arrivals on Tuesday, because it wouldn’t be fair that the significant additional costs (personnel, rent, etc.) are carried by all campers, but only those arriving early.
In return, those arriving on Tuesday get the chance to camp near the infield (i.e. the entrance to the concert area). In addition, we will offer these early campers the free shuttle service to and from Dinkelsbühl on Tuesday already. This way, all those who normally had to rush to see the first bands as soon as they arrived will get a chance to use the extra day to visit the beautiful town of Dinkelsbühl. The exact timetable for the shuttle buses is not 100% set yet, but it will be made public in time before the festival start.

With your help, we want to improve control over our processes and thus ensure that together we cause less congestion, significantly reduce waiting times and everyone arrives at SUMMER BREEZE 2024 in a relaxed manner.
The maximum capacity of our road network has been reached. We need to intervene more via traffic management. Our experiences from 2023 and a new construction site at a key point on the route to the festival site motivate us to introduce the following improvement: We will divide you into different timed slots in advance in 2024. We will do this with online pre-bookable arrival slots at a price of €20 per vehicle (parking ticket costs on site will be waived). The camping fees charged per person (€15 per person) for Tuesday still have to be paid on site. We see clear advantages in solving some of the problems that arise, in advance, when traveling to a major event. With your cooperation, of course!
We will start selling the Tuesday arrival vehicle fee in mid-May. It is best to make sure in your travel group beforehand whether and when you want to arrive on Tuesday. We will do everything we can to make the journey to the festival as relaxed as possible for all visitors. At SUMMER BREEZE, everyone should only pay for what they claim.
