CASHLESS REFUND
When and how do I get my remaining credit back?
From Sunday, 17.08.2025, 14:00, you can request a refund in the Eventportal.
The transfer can take up to 14 working days. Keep the RFID-chip until your refund is done.

Can I use the remaining credit in the following year?
No. Unfortunately, a transfer to subsequent years or other events is not possible due to technical issues.
