After releasing an extremely varied debut album with ‘In The Eye Of Death We Are All The Same’, DEFOCUS are now following up with ‘There Is A Place For Me On Earth’. On record and at SUMMER BREEZE 2024.
The band from Ostalb scores with the riffs and shouts typical of the genre but has much more to offer than standard material. Progressive elements come into play every now and then, just as the band attaches great importance to atmospheric parts. Anyone who thinks metalcore only consists of the same old stuff will be proven wrong here. Definitely a band you should check out!
