Due to the big demand, we cannot give out free accreditations for everyone. Pay-VIP-tickets have the same price as normal pre-sale tickets, and have to be paid in cash at the VIP Container! It is not possible to exchange normal pre-sale tickets for Pay VIP tickets!

AGE LIMIT / PROTECTION OF MINORS / CHILDREN
At SUMMER BREEZE Open Air, the German Law for the Protection of the Youth applies.
Ages from 0 to 6 inclusively
Concert area: no admittance
Camp site: only with legal guardian
Ages from 7 to 15 inclusively
Concert area: only with legal guardian or person having the care and custody of the child
Camp site: only with legal guardian or person having the care and custody of the child
Ages from 16 to 17 inclusively
Concert area (from 24:00): only with legal guardian or person having the care and custody of the child
Camp site (from 24:00): only with legal guardian or person having the care and custody of the child Youths between 16 and 17 years of age without their parents, legal guardians or custodians must leave the festival site (including the concert area and camp site) before 24:00!

Person having the care and custody of the child
Parent, guardian or third person to whom the parent or guardian has transferred custody for the duration of the festival.
If a youth is accompanied by a third person, they must have a written “agreement for custody” issued and signed in a legally binding way. This has to be carried at all times along with the personal ID. Failure to produce said document upon request may lead to expulsion by police. The homeward journey must be guaranteed for the accompanied youth.
We expressly point out that the legal guardians, normally the parents, must in all conscience decide who may temporarily assume the responsibility for education and to which extent it is transferred. The person to whom this mandate is transferred must also be aware of the responsibility it implies. Please note: Care and custody for more than one minor may be transferred to one person!

The prohibition to drink any type of alcohol, including alcopops, under the age of 18 is still in effect!
Children of up to 12 years of age have free access when presenting the child’s and one of the parents’ Ids.
DISABLED PEOPLE / WHEELCHAIRS
We are constantly trying to improve the service for our disabled visitors in order to make the festival as comfortable and barrier-free as possible for them.
Seriously disabled visitors with a G (significant walking disability), AG (exceptional walking disability), B (need of constant care), H (helplessness) or BL (blindness) in their handicapped ID will receive a free ticket for their accompanying person at the VIP Container. It’s important that disabled visitors present a valid ticket as well as their handicapped ID with one of the aforementioned marks.
As in the last few years, there is going to be a special platform incl. wheelchair accessible toilet for wheelchair users at the open-air stages.

By entering the festival site, all attendees agree to be filmed or recorded and that this material may be published at a later time.
Dialysecentrum Dinkelsbühl is a clinic in the heart of Dinkelsbühl for all kidney, high blood pressure and diabetes patients who wish to attend the SUMMER BREEZE Open Air festival.
This modern specialist clinic with three internal specialists is available for dialysis during the following times:
Wednesday and Friday: 06:00 to 22:30
Thursday and Saturday: 06:00 to 13:00

We hope this information will help people who might have been unsure to guarantee a trouble-free festival weekend.
The festival site is located about 5 km outside of Dinkelsbühl, therefore we will again provide a bus shuttle running from and to Dinkelsbühl.
Dinkelsbühl itself has numerous attractions and leisure facilities to offer. You can do some shopping in the picturesque medieval Old Town, check out some of the countless cafes, restaurants and bars or visit the indoor swimming pool, as well as one of the last river beaches in Bavaria – the Woernitz river shore. There is also a post office and several pharmacies in town.
FIRST AID / MEDICINES / RED CROSS
On the festival site there is a big first-aid centre run by the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK). There will also be emergency stations at every shower station. The BRK will also be covering the campsite with mobile squads and vehicles. The locations of the BRK can be found on the site map. There are refrigerators at the medical center (near the entrance to the campground) where you can store your medicines over the course of the festival.

LOST AND FOUND
In case you find lost property, please bring it to the info point. If you have lost something, please get in touch with our staff at the info point, too.
From 1:00am on Sunday morning – when the info point is closed – found items will be kept at the box office area on Black Earth (car inspection area) and may be collected from there. Uncollected items will be transferred to the official lost and found office in Dinkelsbühl during the week after the festival.

CASH MACHINE / ATM
There will be cash machines on site, located close to the band merchandise, so you can’t really miss it. The charges for cash withdrawals will be displayed at the machine.

From Tuesday on, there will be an official infopoint close to the concert area entrance. It will be open daily until 01:00am. If any changes should occur during the festival, we will announce them there immediately. Also, should you have any problems, questions, criticism, complaints and so on, you can approach our staff there for them to forward your concerns to us. Please also go to the Infopoint should you lose or find anything.
There are two big merchandise stands at the concert area: one for the official festival merch and another for the band merchandise of almost all of the bands appearing at the festival. Both stands will be open from Wednesday on. On Tuesday there will be a merch station on the campsite for all those arriving early. It will be located next to the campsite circus tent. Only the main festival design will be sold here.
We are aware that many people do leave a lot of garbage behind. The costs of garbage disposal have grown dramatically over the last few years. One more reason to ask you for your kind help to address this situation.
We will provide garbage bags when entering the site. We have taken your criticism to heart and will make garbage bags available at the shower stations from now on, so in the future you will only have to walk a few meters when the garbage bags handed out at the entrance are full. We hope this will have a positive effect on the garbage situation on the campsite, which in the last few years was somewhere between horrible and catastrophic…
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Since in the last few years some people have brought enough furniture to fill an entire living room, and disposing of one piece of furniture is more expensive than the price of two to three tickets, we will have security guards checking the camping grounds and taking pictures. So those who bring furniture and leave it behind will be charged an additional fee for waste disposal and each case will be taken to court.
Please also make sure you keep your camping space tidy during your entire stay in your own interest. You can leave the full and sealed bags next to your camp so our staff can pick them up easily.
Please make sure you do not leave any metal items such as tent pegs in the ground, as this presents a serious problem for us.
The Bavarian police will be there to serve and protect you. Don’t panic, they are really nice people and willing to help wherever possible. However, they will be testing for drug and alcohol abuse as usual. For that reason, but also for your own safety, please make sure your driver stays sober. We will not clear the daily parking lot so you may stay there overnight. The police controls on Sunday will definitely happen, be forewarned!
Furthermore, the police considers the whole festival ground, including concert area, campsite and parking area, as public roads. Please keep this in mind when driving on the festival site (no drugs/alcohol, only registered cars, mandatory use of helmets for bikers, MOT, etc.) and behave as if you were driving on an open street. The police will be there to enforce traffic laws.

This year we will obviously offer our popular SUMMER BREEZE programme brochure on site for a contribution towards expenses of just 1.- Euro. In it you will find all information about the festival, as well as all the bands. Furthermore, of course, the running order, the site map and a raffle with prizes worth several thousand Euros. It is also perfect to get it signed by the bands during their signing sessions.

Racism will not be tolerated! Hereby we once again would like to state we are strictly against any form of right-wing philosophy or racism. We also count on your help: if you come across anything, please inform us immediately! Either approach security or go to the info point on site.
RESERVING CAMPING SPACE

SEVER WEATHER / BAD WEATHER / STORM / CLEARING / EVACUATION
If, in a worst-case scenario, there should be extreme weather, security personnel’s instructions must be followed UNCONDITIONALLY. Every measure taken in such case is for your own safety! Especially in case of severe weather or storm, we reserve the right to change the arrival and parking process as needed. This is meant to guarantee a smooth flow of traffic. In case it is necessary to clear the infield, we urge you to follow the instructions of the security personnel and emergency services. Please also mind the announcements through the PA, as well as police, fire brigade and emergency service announcements. In case the infield needs to be cleared, stay calm and get in your cars, where it is usually the safest. Please note: The Party Tent is NOT an appropriate shelter and will be cleared as well. In the unlikely case of evacuation, the whole site (this is, including the campsite) has to be cleared. Please follow the instructions of the security personnel and the emergency services in this case, too, and mind the announcements in German and English. Once again: Every measure taken in such case is for your own safety!

SECURITY / CREW
Please be nice to these boys and girls! Treat them the way you would like them to treat you. Keep in mind theirs is quite a stressful job.
Our securities will be wearing numbers so they can be easily identified. In case you do not feel treated appropriately by security, please inform our staff at the ticket counters or at the info point immediately, providing the respective security’s number. We will then take further steps to solve the problem. However, generally speaking, the securities’ instructions have to be observed and followed without question. The reason is simple: it ensures a smooth festival flow that saves us all a lot of time and hassle.
Anything you might need to survive this festival weekend can be found in our supermarkets, which are marked on the site map, for reasonable prices.
Big supermarket in the barn: Open permanently from Tuesday 10:00 to Sunday 10:00.
The other supermarkets will be open daily starting Wednesday from 07:30 to 01:00.
TICKET COUNTER / DAILY TICKETS
Each day there’s going to be a limited number of one-day tickets available for at the festival box office exclusively, valid only for the same day. The price is tba€.
The festival box office opens at 10:00 every day and is open all day. The day parking lot is just opposite the entrance to the camp site and is signposted. Parking is not included in the ticket price. Camping is not allowed for one-day ticket holders. There are no one-day tickets available for Wednesday. This is a special bonus for 3-day ticket buyers only.

DAY PARKING LOT
The day parking lot is located opposite of the entrance to the campsite, is signposted accordingly an opens at 9am every day.
We will not vacate the day parking lot, so it is possible to stay there over night. However, the use of camping accessories is not allowed here. You may obviously park your car here too if you are camping but want to make sure you will be able to leave by car at any time.
There is a charge for parking on the day parking lot.
Day ticket holders:
For day ticket holders, parking for a single day costs € 5.-.
One-day parking tickets for the day parking lot are not available for pre-sale, but only on site.
3-day ticket holders (festival tickets):
3-day ticket holders have to pay € 10.- per vehicle for two or more days parking.
In order to prevent misuse, it is not possible for 3-day ticket holders to purchase a parking ticket for a single day. In this case, a regular parking ticket must be purchased.
For those of you wishing to take a taxi, there will again be a taxi rank. It will be located opposite the security corridors on Black Earth. Please do only take those taxis or wait there until one arrives. Please ignore the taxis on the road as they don’t observe the rules, disrupting the traffic and putting your security at risk. The drivers who use the taxi rank on Black Earth and observe the rules should be rewarded for it
The VIP ticket container is located outside the festival site at the football field in Sinbronn, opposite the petrol station. All accreditations, guest lists and passes for bands, traders, members of staff, etc. have to be picked up from here. Those persons accompanying our disabled friends will also receive their free ticket there upon presentation of the handicapped ID of the person they are accompanying.

WATER SUPPLY / SHOWERS / TOILETS
In the last few years the water supply system has been completely renewed and overhauled. There are now several water stations, which are all marked on the site map. Furthermore and besides the portable toilets, there will also be paid flushable toilets in the concert area, as well as a free water station to wash your hands. This year we are offering a shower and WC flatrate, available for 12.- Euros at all shower stations.
Please do not drop entire toilet paper rolls into the flushable toilets. It is quite obvious why!
In order to guarantee the proper use of the water we have available, we have to ban inflatable pools. The volume of water required to fill them would collapse our water lines. Water pistols are prohibited too. Unfortunately we discovered that some people were filling them with body fluids. Those who wish to be sprayed with their own or others’ urine are welcome to do so, but not at our festival. It’s bad enough that we actually need to mention this.
There are several shower stations on the campsite. For each shower, we must charge € 2.50 to cover the costs at least partially. For those wanting to use water toilets: you can do so for a fee of € 1.-. However, this year we are offering a shower and WC flatrate, available for 12.- Euros at all shower stations. The two main shower stations will be open non-stop from Tuesday at 12:00 until Sunday at 12:00. The other three shower stations open on Wednesday at 12:00 and will also be open non-stop until Sunday at 12:00. This means the number of shower stations will go up to five this year, which should noticeably reduce the waiting time and make the whole process easier. Furthermore, there will be various free water stations where you can fetch fresh water for cooking and washing. Please make sure you don’t waste any water!
